FzeroHAHA, are you kidding me? Or do you know nothing about how the federal judicial system works? He will likely be arraigned on Monday, <30 days before grand jury, then around 1-2 months before fed trial.
Soon as he gets patched up somebody is most likely going to swoop in and lawyer him up and they'll start delaying the hell out of the trial.

According to the radio last night, there was a "Code Black" at one of the hospitals during the night. That could mean either a bomb threat, or a deceased person was admitted to the hospital.
