Lost 10kg/22lbs last year, now weighing 100kg/225 lbs. Looking to do at least the same this year if not more cause I kinda stagnated for the last 4 months tbh. Bought some weights too cause when I end up losing weight I don't wanna have a goblin body. To touch on what Chunkey's post, intermittent fasting definitely works, at least for me.
