greatgatsby-Mike-What GHz does the CPU run at? That, with the 4 GB of ram @ 1200Hz seems a little low for streaming.3.6 GHz
Would getting for more gigs of ram help?
Probably not. TF2 is mostly affected by CPU performance. Getting a new processor would be your best chance at getting playable frames while streaming.
I appreciate the work you put into this, but there are very good reasons nobody uses cloud services (especially EC2) for hosting game servers. When you purchase time on AWS, you're sharing resources and bandwidth with x other VMs on the same box. These services are intended for web servers, and they simply cannot provide the low-latency, high-reliability, on-demand performance demanded by a game server.
kuzaThere's a few rules in life that are good to follow.
1. Don't buy a car from a company that specializes in microwaves.
2. Don't buy mice from computer fan companies (looking at you Cooler Master)
3. Don't buy sound equipment from gaming companies.
Live and learn.
4. Don't buy computers from fruit companies (???)
defyuh oh looks like i hit a soft spot, i own about 10 different pairs of headphones and for you saying the sound is disappointing just displays that you don't know dick about headphones. stick to your shitty gaming headsets. i'm helping the OP out, comfort is an obvious factor but mentioning steelseries in general is jut insulting because they're absolute garbage
Relax dude. Steelseries aren't even in the race when it comes to sound quality, but on the other hand I happen to not like the Sennheiser sound either (at least in their cheap cans). Does that mean I don't know what good sound is? It sounds to me like you need to get off your high horse and stop creating false dichotomies due to somebody's personal preference.
Zalman's Mic-1 is trash. Just get an Antlion Modmic and a decent pair of headphones like some entry-level Sennheisers and you're set. I'm always hesitant to recommend headphones because it depends a lot on what you want out of them (bass-heavy sound, balanced sound, etc). I usually advise people to take a peek at http://head-fi.org if they want to get the pair best suited to their taste and budget.
future I'm just going to -frag everything you say on principle I hope that's ok

It was very considerate of the original uploaders to put the lens flare in for you.

Btw, I use one of these on the edge of my desk to relieve tension on my mouse & keyboard cord. Might be why my mouse has lasted so long.

My MX 518 is going strong on 5 years. WTF happened to logitech's mice quality?
I enjoy my bombs way too much to have only 3 rockets. Granted, I'm literally trashcan tier, so take that as you will.
10 years on Steam? I didn't realize they let kindergartners make accounts.
NSA bombed it like they did the twin towers #teachthecontroversey
