Seeing each star gets filled by thirds and each nerdstar is fully filled every 500 posts, assuming they fill proportionately with your posts, you would be able to get a third of a nerdstar about every 167 posts.
1st star 1/3 - 167 posts
1st star 2/3 - 334 posts
1st star 3/3 - 500 posts
2nd star 1/3 - 667 posts
So on and so forth...
