alright thanks, does any one know what could be causing my mouse movement to be slower in higher ping?

Is it normal that my mouse movement is a little bit more slower in high ping servers then lower ping servers? I feel like my mouse movement on lower ping is more accurate and smoother than higher ping. Is this normal??

Our team is a new team for this s13 esea we are planning to stay together forever. All of us have been improving well and we keep improving but we have the need to improve faster/more. By doing this we go over our own sourcetv's and povs. We study a lot but sometimes we loose and have no idea what went wrong and just felt like we got rolled through and couldn't do anything about it. We really want to improve alot more and hope getting a mentor for our team will resolve a lot of things.
