Do they only use rockets, railgun, lightning gun? Are all the other weapons just bad, or situational?

What does the PS4 offer over the PC, other than being in the living room?

I dont know what to say about that thread because i flat out disagree. When im watching a mid-fight in third person, i can actually see how the fight is progressing from the TEAM's perspective. way too often the camera follows some roaming soldier that tries to flank and dies, or a demo spamming a doorway. Things that are boring and seem inconsequential, but actually shape the fight and contribute to the win. Im sure that a fantastic caster will be able to fill those gaps for your, but why should it be so difficult?

My problem with extv camerawork is that the camera is constantly moving so you constantly have to reorient yourself. Other than that, 3rd person for big fights works great imo.

TF.tv is the best in terms of production value and casters, but why is the camera in first person 100% of the time? midfights are hard to follow when youre watching one or two player's perspective only, or rapidly jumping between different players. It works for quake because there are only two people at any time, and chances are one pov will likely capture all of the action.

Im not asking for eXtv style "shakey cam", but big fights should definitely be seen in third person imo.

Viewers attract sponsors, sponsors bring money.

Throwing a ton of money at tournaments isnt going to make that big of a difference. How many games have gotten that injection of cash, either through the developers or random sponsors giving the game a chance? It doesnt actually accomplish anything.

Why should k/d affect Elo? The only sure fire way of knowing someone is good is by judging how often they win against the skill level of their opponents. If someone is winning games as heavy vs. IM players, I think they deserve their position.

Its a better designed lobby in pretty much every way. Has a super sexy site too.

Seriously, i dont know what its like for players, but this formula is awesome to watch as a spectator. Its fun seeing one team really take advantage of a weapon, to the point where every team thinks they have to equip it in order to win. And then they realize nobody actually knows how to push against it on Gullywash.

Im middle eastern. Some kid wrote in the "weekly goals" section of my planner things like:
- Make fun of an infidel
- Bomb a church
- go to the turban dry cleaners

I lost my planner and some teacher found it. I was pulled out of class, and was confronted by the school principal, policemen and some other people from my school. They thought i was actually trying to bomb the school or something. I kept telling them this kid just wrote it in my planner, but they wouldnt believe me (he was at home sick). When they left me alone, they nearly tackled me when my mom called to yell at me for getting in trouble.

Eventually they got in contact with the other kid and left me alone. I STILL got saturday detention, the same punishment as the kid who actually wrote the racist shit in my planner. My school was fucking gay.
