I'm not entirely sure how to act as a team leader. I've been on some decent teams but I never really paid attention to how the team leader operated and I'm getting a little overwhelmed with all this team stuff. I also don't entirely know what to look for when trying out new players besides how good their comms are, how they fit in personality wise with the team, and if they stick around after scrims to talk about what happened in it or what they could improve on. I need advice
