In all honesty, I think we are offering a juicy position here. To expand on what Tery wrote, BLANC is always a fun, no drama team. We don't stand for childish ppl and/or toxic players. IMO, we have often run into the problem of having "one missing piece" from season to season and this leading scout role is where we are at right now. Please don't waste our time if you know that dedication for the whole season is in question.

Brian is a strong main caller and this scout role will be his main support. You will be jumping right into an established team that is ready to work, you are going to be tanked and ppl are going to listen to your direction/calls. That is as good a setup for a big scout season as you are going to find IMO.

So, we are looking for that experience and non-toxic attitude. I'm willing to go even one step further if everything listed above is not enough. Scrim with us and if we all click / get along, I will go ahead and cover the league fees. Call that further incentive, a bribe or whatever you like.

I can see your point of view, I just can't personally agree with all of it. Since when was b4nny responsible for the communities perception of a player in a pug? If that player wants to show the community who he/she is and how they play, that player should stream and get their name out there. No?

b4nny doesn't talk any differently than the others. It's the same words, the same context and the same meaning. Using your example, Habib talking about rocket is perceived as not mattering much cause Habib has low view counts and is not the figurehead of the community. Are you saying b4nny should hold himself to a higher standard because of more viewers? If he wants to do that, awesome. I just don't see where he would be required to do that.

I don't want to come off as defending b4nny or his behavior but lets be fucking real here.

There's no way you can honestly sit there and say negative things about how b4nny "down talks" or "trash talks" players who throw, when so many other invite players do the exact same thing on a nightly basis. I could rattle off at least 5-8 names right now of daily invite streamers who also say bad/negative things about players they view as beneath them.

Is b4nny wrong for doing it? Yes, he is wrong. You might as well call out the other invite players who act the same way. If you act like an asshole, then you act like an asshole. Why does it matter if he has 300+ viewers when it happens as opposed to the other dickheads that can barely crack 15? I'll tell you why

EGO. This whole discussion is about ego, nothing more. Just get the fuck over it, check you own ego and realize b4nny doesn't owe any of us good behavior on stream and he acts no different that most of the current high invite players. The only difference is that he shit talks people with 300+ viewers, and that person develops a bruised ego because of the viewer count. (see Kawa's post #31)
