I have really bad anxiety. Its to the point where I'm ripping out my hair one by one just because I get so nervous and have little to no coping skills for it. I mainly just listen to music as my main coping skill but when im in school they wont let me listen to it and I just continue to rip out hairs. just looking so see if anyone can help me with this problem.

white water surface

Rule of Thirds can make for some really cool looking posters.
Also what's with the lighter, borderlike edges on the right and bottom? Are those intentional or what?
no they just appeared there and i dont know how to remove it, looks nice with some posters but not all
