you cant make rainbow colours with vtf xhair as far as i know
You can make VTFs any colors you want. You just need to set the crosshair color to white in-game to have the colors exactly like the VTF has them

You'll have to make a bigger VTF. Something like 512x512 should do. Center the 64x64 crosshair in that, place the weapon icon down at the bottom of the 512x512 square. Then change width and height to 512 in the txt file

Pretty sure that's just the stock sound from critting something. I think he disabled his hitsound completely and all that remains then is the sound indicator for a crit

Whitelist Changes Poll

Quick note about the Solemn Vow:
It allows medics to see the uber percentage of the enemy medic. I don't think it's that big of a deal but a lot of people (including I) were for unbanning the Solemn Vow when the Global whitelist was revealed but I think many of us weren't aware of that at the time.
I'm still all for unbanning it though. Promotes teamwork, rewards medics who maincall, will stop my medics from wm1ing at a scout with the ubersaw.
Sounds nice on paper at least. If it turns out to be aids it can just be banned again the season afterwards. And it will have nowhere near the impact of atomizer/base jumper while it's unbanned

I use ahud most of the time. Currently playing 800x600 but I don't remember 640x480 ever giving me issues which I use on and off
