Mr_WillAww really? If that's true that is so saddening... I've only been playing Tf2 since June of 2012 which is barely anything compared to anyone else. Was really looking forward to all the other i-series events, never had the time to watch i49 and I didn't even know i46 existed at the time. So is competitive Tf2 slowly dying? I also heard some teams and players are leaving too.
TF2 is like, the second/third biggest comp pc fps right now. Probably 2nd since quake is on its way out soon. The only one bigger than tf2 right now is CSGO.

From what I've seen there's just been a bunch of mistakes and mishandlings by almost everyone involved in Ferguson.
The original incident was prefaced with the bank robbery footage, but it wasn't apparent at the shooting that the Brown was the robber.
The encounter with the officer has swung a lot of ways as new information is uncovered. The autopsy revealed that there were around 6 shots near his arms and at the top of the head.The way I've heard this interpreted is that Brown charged at the officer, so the shooting is looking a bit more justified (I'd wait for more information).
The police were reluctant to release the officer's name, but idk how to feel about this. I'd think it's common practice to not reveal an officer's name who is the subject of an investigation. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
IIRC, the protests started out peacefully, only to turn violent when a few extremists from the area started, and others from outside of Ferguson joined in (got this from locals on the live streams, don't know how true it is).
The police seem to have the right goal in mind of containing the riots, but they've fucked up everything in dealing with it, which is mostly due to poor training of the police for the equipment they've received.
Just what I've picked up so far.

From the .cfg file it looks like it just specifies how scoring and halves are handled, not the whitelists, class limits,etc. CEVO and ESEA both use 3 round halves, while UGC uses 4 round halves, so they're split up.
