You can see the med was buffed from the little health cross animations around him. Also, you can get 2 medics if the medic spot is open and two people are dead and they both select it; they will both become medics when they respawn.

Bball plug-in or config

Hi, I've been looking for a good bball config for so long but none of them have the same respawn times as the main bball server in the server list here. The variable that I change to make it like it requires sv_cheats to be enabled (spec_freezetime -1 if you're wondering). I was just wondering what plug-ins does the bball server have to make the respawns like this.
