Question involving scoreboard in spectator?

Hey, ever since I used a scoreboard bind to see my net graph when ever I press tab I could not tab to see the scoreboard when I first join a server and am not on a team yet. I tried googling it but I could not word it correctly and I thought maybe one of you guys could help me. It's not really a big deal but when I pub with friends I have to ask when I used to be able to just check what team they were on.

not everyone is able to play this season and have clips and other lovely opportunities to play with decent folks, its a cool video, stop bashing shit for the sake of bashing.
whats the point of having video section of you cant post anything that isn't some invite circle jerk frag fest, can the community share what its doing, or what? tf2 center isn't that bad, there are decent folks hanging around trying to play some real games in the format they like.
Well I'm just saying if it was anything besides tf2center he would be banned or booted from his team from going sniper to mid so often.

How to change sky box for a map?

I'm not talking about what the sky looks like but more of where you hit your head and stop going up, the "ceiling" I guess.
So, is there an easy way to get rid of it or raise it in general? I am trying to do it for ammomod spire if that matters.

MJI think he does mean VE248H because of what i'm aware of just V248H isn't a model that asus has at all. and the VE248 isn't a 120hz monitor.
