I swear this is like that one sheepy thread, but more pathetic

The plan was to see if people like Sunday more than Saturday, and this will be the only instance it will be held like that.

First of all: We are sorry. I am sorry. So many delay and problems that's hindered the progress of the tournament that only me, through inadequate preparation that was available for full active admin role, delaying more and more of each problem. For future tournaments I hope this will not happen again.

So a few notes:

- Prize pool is now in and around 20k and 10k FACEIT points, we'll work closely with FACEIT to decide which tournament got which.

- We are now accepting 3rd party donation or sponsorship for each tournaments, as some people expressed their concerns of a points only prize pool, with donation we hope to add another incentive for the teams.

- Organization. Our weakest point. This tournament showed that. Like I said above, we hope to be better at organization, adding more admins to help with the tournament, confirming casts, all that stuff. If you want to help us, contact me here or on the Discord.

- Think we missed something? Add more that you think is necessary, comment below and discuss it further!

TFTV NA Weekly Series #3 Powered by FACEIT

Registration for the NA Weekly Series #3 is now open on FACEIT, with thirty-two team slots available. Player can sign with either a team or the solo feature to have FACEIT match you up with other players. Sign ups will close on July 23 at 18:00 EST; check-in will be on July 23 at 18:00 EST, with the tournament commencing on the same day at 19:00 EST. (Time may be prone to change if there is enough requests.)

Format

The map pool will feature 5CP maps from the ESEA map pool, with the maps being:

cp_badlands
cp_snakewater_final1
cp_gullywash_final1
cp_process_final
cp_granary
cp_sunshine

The ruleset for the tournament will adopt the ETF2L rules. 5CP maps will have a thirty minute time limit and a five round win difference, with Golden Cap rounds deciding tiebreakers.

From now on and for future Weekly Series, all tournaments will be casts guaranteed in some way.

Prize Pool

20,000 FACEIT points are up for grabs, with the distribution being as follows:

1st: 10,000 FACEIT points
2nd: 6,000 FACEIT points
3rd-4th: 2,000 FACEIT points
