i actually cannot believe how funnily retarded is the fact that this thought hit so many people around the globe me included and most of them followed it for years
It doesn't work i swear! It's so much easier to just sleep your day off whenever you feel like instead of half-assing it and then clock your bed time by 3-1 hours back every next night. Genuine advice.
Also would advice to not worry if any insomnia/summer time fever/yourself >20 yo happens to you in the first place.

I want the best team to win. You can't be biased about this things.
So, i was sitting here looking at for some reason 3 Domino's magnets sticked at my desk lamp, thinking of ways you can blame the game (not the player). And i have noticed how the human body does not perform well at tracking fast objects being busy downthere and not upthere with all the fats and calories munched at once. Not a drill.
And for the sake of every player's dream of cutting down his inconsistencies i should really ask and gather some info about your personal experience.
Is there any situations your vestibular system or, generally, a body system have denied the acces to your e-sport potential other than giving you a break after a pizza-fast-food? Maybe you haven't done your squats in the morning or your neck is jammed after a gym? Maybe you're playing at 60Hz? Is doing eye exercises challenges this pilot vigor? Actual atmospheric pressure impact?
And is there, after all, a good personal go to for your wellness?
I don't think they are a problem as long as production are bringing down the curtains a bit earlier, just not showing the garbage time to the viewers. I wonder why it happened much rarer on casts last year.
