using x264? try a lower preset, or using gpu encoding (nvenc) though i would have thought the 1700 would be able to stream easily

hooliPugchamp is the best platform we got, just play medic. Splitting the pug pool is not a good idea especially for the current state.
at the same time pugchamp can only support like 3 pugs at once before drafts become painfully slow (or it runs out of servers)
