I mean that's not really an answer. Are you suggesting kaidus? Or are you just repeating the notion that the people we have are bad?
Time zones can sometimes be a problem for getting European or non-NA people on Fully Charged, as can ping when it comes to having their webcam. I think those are the primary reasons we have mostly let Fully Charged EU do their side of things, and we do ours. It's not meant as a sleight to the rest of the world, it's logistics.
