Was thinking about getting a new keyboard soon as well. I was thinking a 60% to TKL mechanical with brown switches.
I'd also like to upgrade my video card, but that's expensive.
I would also like to have a single-level desk instead of the tri-level one I have now. It's more annoying than anything else, really.

So I decided that I want to replace this keyboard with a mechanical one: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/dynex-keyboard/2619316.p?id=1218340592569&skuId=2619316
I asked on Twitter, and I got KBC Pure, Poker II, Choc Mini, Corsair K65, a Filco, or a Quickfire Rapid. I like how the KBC Pure/Poker II look (aside from the font on the Poker II- and "ENJOY YOUR FEELING"), but it might be nice to have separate F-keys. I do realize that I almost never use the F-keys though.
I'm thinking about getting brown switches, but I feel like I need to try each type of switch first. I'd probably get a red or black otherwise (blue will be too loud).
Anyone have suggestions for me on which of these to get, or if I should look at another?

6s Mix is not dead... there's pugs going on right now.
HL Mix is also not dead, it just moved to a different network.
I believe tf2center.com is the new place for lobbies.
And I think a lot of people are doing private pugs now, or are just scrimming instead.

Is the Surf server a SuSurf equivalent, or is it more like the old Surf iT server (with Pro Surf being the more difficult maps)?
Edit: Disregard this, the first post seems to mislabel the beginner surf server, unless there's 3. Shouldn't be called just "surf" to avoid confusion.
