You say its properly set up but just double check monitors are plugged into graphics card and its seated firmly on the motherboard

SpaceCadetWorking with medical students for almost 20 years has shown me that being "booksmart" and being able to score high in tests means very little in the world after school is over. Many times a piece of framed paper on the wall that says you have a degree is still just a piece of paper.
