the www.teamfortress.tv domain is broken?
I had that bookmarked and it wasn't working.
Thank goodness a friend told me tf.tv was up.
I have holes on my stand for the monitor.
I use a couple metal grocery ties and twisted the actual mouse cable for extra slack
Are you using your monitor's OSD and connection information to see what refresh rate your monitor is really running?
if you're having trouble finding the connection info on the monitor, enable vsync and what framerate does tf2 lock to.
Do you mean a listen server? Or actually a "private" server.
Valve doesn't allow clients to load server plugins.
I think I'm having the same problem.
Tf2 will just freeze like my connection died yet I'd still be talking to the people in mumble. What's worse, after the freeze, some enemies become invisible.
I've been using this for a while. Added that cvar into every class config and just adjust to turn the crosshair off/on.
Riverdragon has always been there to pick up on my slack when I wasn't doing well in the DM department.
As a backup for 2 seasons, he's always been there for the team when we needed him. And even when he wasn't needed, came to mumble just to be with the team!
Try him out!

crespiThe hardest part is finding a windows install disk or an ISO file.
half way down the article.

OHHH NOOOOOOOOOO
RAID????
FzeroNo one is explaining why it's worth that price though. What does it go that is worth the price tag?
It's a USB microphone as well...HUGE turn off for me.
and what happened to the microphone? It's difficult to see the black microphone on black keyboard.
You're better off with the haswell over the ivy bridge because of the newer instruction sets that x264 utilizes. (I can't find the changelogs)
-Lots of disks. Especially if it's important stuff. 3x 1tb drives over 1x 3tb drive.
-Motherboard, don't care.
-case, doesn't matter.
-sound card, depends. Do you need ASIO (low latency recording/playback)? Higher fidelity audio?
-Ram, enough. 8/16/32, more just means you can be running non productive stuff while working on stuff.
-GPU, OpenCL/Cuda only for effects and decoding. Encoding quality with GPU accelerated encoders aren't as good as non-accelearted ones.
As for tf2. Nvidia's newer driver causes flashing DX9.
