try disabling disk write caching.
What's the amount of FREE ram from task manager?
delpoOn driver 13.12 now, still having the problem :\
Have you disabled hardware acceleration on both flash and the browser?
I had the same problem too and since downgrading from 14.0 driver to 13.12, videos no longer causes my screen to go nuts.
Is there a way to disable the delay for players's own kills in the kill feed and have it flow with the kill feed?
is the stuttering exclusive a game mode or everywhere?
Hi, I'm JJP.
I play scout.
My schedule isn't very good but I can play Mon-Thurs,Sun 6PM to 2AM 8PM[/s] PST (West coast).
I've got two seasons of ESEA open, so high-mid open. I can pay my own fees as well.
I'm hoping to join a team without negativity issues and one that never settles for anything less than the best. Also doesn't get butt hurt to criticisms. As backup I'll still try to attend team meetings and would be down to review demos together.
EDIT: This is for the new/next season.
Stay away from Firepowered Mge servers.
It lags for everyone.
AMD's VCE encodes frames significantly slower than NVENC and QuickSync. I don't know about compression efficiency/image quality though..
While my (HD4000) quicksync can encode 1920x1080 frames at 130+
(HD7850) VCE struggles to pass 40.
The two are set to best quality preset @ 20mbps.
I used Msi afterburner for benchmark since it has support for hardware h.264 encoders.
povohatOffset is counts per millisecond
So the range would be from 0 to MAX polling rate?
Because my G400's (and deathadder's) rates fluctuate quite a bit..
I'm using MouseRate to check and it shows random +1000hz spikes while moving the mouse below speeds that would normally register has 1000hz.
Does the driver account for this?
Mr_Owlopen is open is open

soney"Offset (default 0):
Acceleration will not be applied until the mouse movement exceeds this velocity.
Negative values are supported, which has the effect of causing higher rates of
acceleration to happen at lower velocities"
...this velocity
velocity in what? m/s ? cm/360? pls help i am lost ;_;
I have trouble understanding the descriptions as well..
I think it's a sensitivity number? so acceleration will kick in once your cursor goes past the rate of movement which would be the offset value.
I don't use this since it seems to induce jerky motions during transitions.

I used this tool to run my old LG monitor at 70Hz@1080p without artifacts. Some monitors will allow more, some less.
AT YOUR OWN RISK, find the highest stable value and see how it works. The difference between 60Hz and 70Hz isn't huge, but it's noticeable.
I used my old Acer monitor at 1680x1050 @ 86hz, was amazing till I got a 144hz monitor. Did notice how much hotter the monitor operated, surprised it STILL lasts. ~2 years.
also refer to your monitor's manual. Many monitors can run 1440x900@75hz.
pick up blender
Very easy tutorial.

MedusaThe input lag is not worth it imo.
Try a mouse without a huge click latency.
