I set up a prediction thread on the saloon subreddit.
I got the idea from the tour de france predictions so I’ll try it for the HL NC.

Basically it’s a thread where you can submit your predictions, whoever gets the most points gets a prize.

Hey guys, I made a small spreadsheet for myself to keep track of your bets on saloon. I spoke to CHERRY and he's working on some features to the site that will help you with bookkeeping.

It gets most of the match data from the site and puts it in the cells, leaving you three columns to fill in:

Saloon ID
Bet Amount
Return

After filling those in, you will be presented a good overview of your win/loss ratios. I've added in an example sheet with my data, to give an example of how the sheet looks like when filled in.
The sheet is on google docs so you need a google account, when you do, you have to follow these steps to enable it:

open the sheet
go to File
click on "Make a copy"
Give it a name
Fill in your data.

After that you can keep track of your wins and losses per match. I don't know how much of a help it'd be but my betting patterns changed a bunch after looking into what I was actually doing.

Optional if the script doesn't work:

Navigate to tools
Open script editor
Create a new script
Rename it to ImportJSON
Replace the placeholder text with this: ImportJSON

I'm not a spreadsheet king and this is just a project for me to learn stuff, if anything isn't working, let me know and I'll try to fix it.

The problem behind all of this is, even if he's fishy you still have to provide proof he's cheating. You can't just go around and say I have a feeling he cheats, let's ban him!. It just doesn't work like that.

Do keep an open stance on the player and share your findings "hey guys, what do you think of this segment?".
Don't try to shove your videos on the forums and yell that you've got THE proof someone is cheating.
You've done that the last few times and each time it's a horrible video that doesn't prove the guy is making impossible shots.

(STV) Demo reviews are the worst form of AC work, and posting weak evidence like this is actually detrimental to what people in this thread are trying to achieve. I appreciate your enthusiasm but please just take it slow. If someone is cheating we'll get there eventually. Just keep on building a case and the evidence will speak for itself.

That said, I've watched a few of his matches and I do think he should be kept under investigation. Haven't seen anything impossible but a few moments still feel a bit too good to be true. I hope he's just really good.

Should be proof enough that it came from a different source than you usually charge your account with? Just make sure to collect all evidence and guard yourself for future issues.

Gmail:
bottom right hand corner "details", shows all recent login sessions
Use 2 factor authentication https://www.google.com/landing/2step/

Steam:
Top right hand corner, click your wallet amount, check your recent transactions
Enable steam guard (2 factor authentication)
Go to steam > settings and then family, see if there is an eligible account you don't know. (just in case)

Bank:
If you want to be diligent, you can place a fraud alert (procedure depends on your bank, inform with their customer service.

Both Steam and Google have authenticators for the phone, so if your phone isn't compromised you should be able to guard yourself a bit better than usual.

The way I know steam account hijacks work is that (often) Russian ATM's have an option to deposit money on a steam account. If they know the username they can use the statement to show they're the owner of the account, and transferring account details to their possession.
