most people dont wanna play mixes because they are often very very aids, so i think that's why many groups die after a week or so, i'd set rules and give bans or any other sankctions if they are being broken (for example engi to mid or spy to mid)

cl_showfps 2 will show you min/max fps.
I dont think i get any lag spikes, freeze or fps drops. Basically when I start tf2 and join tr_arena_rc2 and after few minutes playing soldier I feel it again and my fps are consistent between 230-300 (fps_max 300)
EDIT: could my mousepad cause it as well?

You always have input lag.
Constant fps just keep it constant. Otherwise it'll be randomly spiking and dropping, which will fuck your aim up.
I was using a nicer config for a while, fps were good but I noticed input lag after few hours of playing then I switched back to Comanglia's config and I still feel input lag, reinstalled game but it did not help, any solution please? I hit 200-300 fps
