Miju - the file that controls that is either clientscheme.res or mainmenuoverride.res, forget which.
There should be a line there that is marked as the favorite server button, and it should have a command there. Just alias your "connect $ip; password $pass" to whatever that command is.
Say it says that it will execute the command "joinfaveserver" when the button is pressed - simply type in console "alias "joinfaveserver" "connect $ip; password $pass""
Sorry for being so vague, I'm on my phone right now and can't do any more research than that.
