TF2 keeps crashing

Q/A Help
So yeah,since i got a new CPU and graphicscard my game keeps crashing with a soundloop up to 5-6 times within 30 minutes. It seems to happen less often on pubs or servers not running with tournamentmode in general but it still crashes randomly. Had no crashes in other games like CS:GO or GTAV so far. This is shit is really frustrating because it makes the game unplayable for me.
Specs:
Xeon E3 1231 v3
Asrock B85 Pro4
AMD R9 380
Win7 with latest drivers installed
