Dave_I'm pretty sure I remember reading that dual link DVI can't handle 144Hz @ 1920x1080. Pretty sure that's just a technical limitation of DVI itself.

Why a 850W PSU? 500W is enough for that build. Also are you planning on overclocking your CPU? If not, then you won't need that fancy mainboard.
