"Fixed client nTextureFrame < 0 warning spew in dev console"
Definitely wasn't HUD related though, whatever it was.
Getting it to work with wait would be pretty annoying, if you want to script it you'd use something external like autohotkey or the synapse driver which works everywhere. Otherwise you can do it without a script, just a lot less reliably.
for the machine gun thing:
+attack
Wait 0.058 seconds
Switch to slot2
Switch to slot1
Wait 0.600 seconds
-attack
loop
That's the fastest I was able to get it.
Here's a synapse macro if you have a razer mouse/keyboard and are willing to put up with synapse until it gets patched: http://www.mediafire.com/download/wjbajuo7gbc0k47/%2Bcrossbow.RazerSynapse
you could use a custom icon using the materials hack if you want
If you put it in hudlayout you can join a pure server directly.
All my recent demos crash as soon as I jump in spawn as soldier or demo. It might be the explosion instead of the damage, I don't really have a scout demo where I basher myself to see if it crashes then.
I've tried recording demos of me jumping in spawn to test it, but those play fine. I'm not sure if that means it only happens with longer demos or not.
Also the demos crash for other people as well so it's probably something to do with the actual recording, not the playing
The best solution would probably be to run a second tournament at the same time. You could either put the bottom half of your seeds in it, or everyone who lost their first match as a sort of consolation cup.
It might be too much work for you to run two at the same time, so another thing you could do it run a 32 slot tournament but give the top 8-10 teams a bye first round so you only need ~22 teams. That way the first round matches will be closer, the teams who will be playing all night don't have to play the extra round, and you don't really have a hard min teams needed/max you can accept.
I don't really understand what the difference is between a steam machine and buying a PC, putting SteamOS on it, and putting it in your living room. Are they planning on charging extra for the branding and putting the OS on it for you?
Not really sure how this is exciting for people who know how to install an OS.
aha these two shows. Watching them now is hilarious, I almost hope they keep the old models and animations.
The i49 banners were way worse than the medals in that picture...
Where do you guys watch this? I don't have AMC but I'd really like to watch this tonight.
brownymasterI don't get how adding something can improve performance, and I doubt that adding an extra query will be non-existent. A small performance hit could be .05 seconds, could be .2 seconds who knows (I haven't myself made a benchmark for this scale a website, but obviously it's going to add a few fractions of a second at the very least). There would still be a performance hit. Also, I'm pretty sure this is run on a VPS. Depending on the capabilities and limits of enigma's provider (I think it's linode, and he's using cloudflare to help distribute), it could be worse than it should be.
It takes longer than 0.2 seconds to scroll through posts and find the last one you read. I think you're putting a bit too much importance on page load times considering users don't just want to open the page, they want to get to the new posts as well.
If you factor in the time saved by not having to scan posts or load multiple pages to find where you left off, the performance hit would have to be pretty ridiculous for it to not be worth it.
