clorgI wrote a whole post arguing for and against elo, just to realize that tf2 doesn't need a ranking system especially for individual players. tf2 is a team based game, and it has a very small and tight-knit community that generally know the skill levels of other players. Something like this is not needed in my opinion.
The whole point of this would be to expand the community so you wouldn't be able to know all the members.
marioI always thought Damage per death was the best indicator of skill. Of course Elo would be better though.
Medic's are all in ELO hell then.
When I made an Elo system, I did team average and logarithmic regression of point change as you moved away from the team average. It won't conserve the number of points in the system though, but it shouldn't matter too much (since it comes with playing more anyways).
I made a test system, but my K-factor is probably a bit too high (I think around 30). Columns for T1, T2, and score. I really don't like where it is, but it works if the games are close (when everyone is within 300 elo of each other). It's not meant for huge mismatch of skill level.

Fios is pretty damn good, but unless your location is good you won't get it. You have to pull strings with customer support to get a cheaper price though, since they generally want to sell the $100 package w/ TV/phone.
Get any random microsoft keyboard. They have enough key rollover from my experience. $15 max for everything you would ever need.

I think straight brawling would get you beat pretty fast. And half last two fights were takedown/on the ground and hardly brawls.
They play some random guitar riffs, but not for waiting music. Still have to mute.

Also, I think that it probably made more sense to make his own topic since it probably wouldn't be taken the same if it's just one post in a stultus topic (which is biased towards people who like it). Stultus posts multiple topics for fun and other people's enjoyment, but people are free to bash on it if they don't like it. It's just really fucking stupid if you get your team to +frag you the second you make your topic and why people have the right to shit on him for causing it to become a circlejerking thread.
