I must admit that I enjoy Slender Fortress myself. I like the idea of classes with their great personalities and voice commands in horror environment against monsters. It's like a weird horror comedy.
I also like vs. Saxton Hale because of similar reason, expect we can fight back.

Allcrit + Lowgrav servers were the first servers I've joined and I still enjoy them now
Saxton Hale is also extremely fun but most servers with people on them usually are on freak fortress and I don't really enjoy that version very much....
