its a big thing in europe and has been for like a whole year. u cant really pub anymore without being votekicked your own self because ull just get kicked.
sometimes the hackers dont evne get kicked because they spam the chat so u cant see anyone typing and a lot of pubbers don't kno what hacking even looks like so they just let it be

imagine the kind of tiny dick you need to have to aimbot in a pub. I feel like chemical castration in the hot sun is probably better of a hobby than aimbotting in a pub

deez ppl prolly kids being cheeky or adult males who literally dont have anything else to spend their time and money on

its not even that cos theyre not even players most of the time, just parties of bots. need an even smaller dick to be the dude making them

from the mentally unstable ppl iv met through years of mge i would say that a there are quite a few ppl who play this game 24/7 but want it to die and shi like Oli for a mre obv example who went on to hack even tho he didnt have to for these kinda reasons
i think that cat bot guy was pretty much the same shit only just not a good player. hes like devoted to tf2 in some sense but really wants to fuck it up and then get everyones attention this way

does some one know the comparison between old csgo and prime account only in terms of hackers ? Because it could be the solution.

Throughout the years I’ve noticed cheating is far more prevalent in Europe than in NA, anyone have any ideas why?

Valve will only respond if it happens to americans

and i was speaking about mge because 6s players wouldnt do this kinds of shit and ppl who only play mge are the exact kind of person who would do some shit like this. like it wouldnt surprise me at all if telephone fan hacked in pubs. theyre all the same person
or like the smushmarshmellow kid or whatever he called himself in NA. they dont care about the game and want to ruin it as much as they can

it's pretty bad even on NA servers. today I was trying to pub + 7/10 games I played had at least one hacker
in eu we're talking about people coding bots to flood casual and make it unplayable, I imagine it's not even that much of a time waster for them once the bots are functional. Idk if they feel important knowing valve won't stop them so they can effectively grief thousands of people at the same time, or if they developed a hate for the game and want to run it to the ground.
Either way I'm pretty convinced this is a bigger threat to the future of tf2 than anything that happens in the comp community. Pubs are the heart of the game.

EU pubs are basically full of automated bots that follow some movement pattern and spam obnoxious sounds like the sound when the round starts on Suijin while spinning in circles and spamming the chat. They're on virtually any map, even some of the more obscure ones. The game is borderline unplayable outside of community servers, lobbies, pugs etc unless you're willing to requeue every 5-10 minutes.
It kind of boggles my mind how nothing is being done about it even though several of these cheats can be found open source on platforms like GitHub somewhere in between all the HUDs and other community projects.

valve is funding the bots with shadow money, to kill tf2 once and for all
In Asia casual server, there are always those certain people with their friends who are hacking, they blocking the chat and know how to retry to dodging the vote kick, appeared on Harvest, Suijin, Hightower and basically every pl map.
I've seen them for over 2 months, they even said VAC just doesn't work for them anymore, and hacks are getting more advance now these days, "projectile classes don't work on hacks" is becoming history, demo with it can airpipe people, a soldier can have crit in every 10 seconds.
This becomes a vicious circle right now:
Players got rolled buy hacks multiple times->
Find a match that the hackers are their teammate->
Never kick them because they want to win so bad->
Another team got rolled->
The cycle continues.
It's just too painful to against, and I think these are now threatening this game to going downhill.

I can't remember where I saw it but the last time this happened with catbots the maker said they were doing it because they wanted to force valve to do something about the game. Can't find the exact source on that but there's some posts from the catbot maker on tftv

Only Valve can update VAC to be effective enough or patch these exploits. Probably they think it's just not worth the money and it's better to grab another bunch of community-made items, pack them into a tiered cosmetic case and get some more profits instead, they've been doing that for a while already and it works good (for them).
You can loosely infer what I said above from this quote. Pretty sure there's a more straight forward post/screenshot of chat somewhere though.
I'm not saying this is the right way to get Valve to do anything with the game and clearly at this point for as long as this has been going on it doesn't seem to be working anyway. Sucks for everyone trying to play on those servers though :/
zandait's pretty bad even on NA servers. today I was trying to pub + 7/10 games I played had at least one hacker
The handful of times I've ran into someone obviously cheating in NA servers they all seem to have been an actual human player and not just some bot with a pathing AI/script

thing is in NA sometimes you see isolated cheaters but for those, the votekick system is just about enough to control it. Put enough bots in a server that votekick doesn't work and it all falls apart
https://imgur.com/a/VUdyhbD yah so this is the state of eu casual (not every game, but a fair few)
I couldn’t find an upward server without those heavies doing the second point spawn thing. The other players on the team didn’t even kick the guy and began spawn camping as well.
I assume the immediate increase in cheaters was aggravated due to Christmas and sales on cheats
I assume the immediate increase in cheaters was aggravated due to Christmas and sales on cheats
I've read somewhere that some of these bots (the ones that spam "nice shot", and move in a straight line following a path) are actually training a cheat that uses a neural network. At first I wasn't too sure because these bots weren't changing behaviour, so the training wouldn't be going anywhere. But recently I've seen them do different things, like only cleaning up the team chat when they change names, when certain words are said in-chat or when the votekick is in process, also leaving before being kicked. These things could just have been tweaks from the bot owner since if they were actually training an AI I think we would have been seeing much dumber bots early on, and now they would be way more refined... Just a thought
