My favourite RDJ albums in order (not gonna bother listing every single thing he's released) are

Polygon Window - Surfing On Sine Waves

He has a fantastic collab with Squarepusher which I don't see get mentioned a lot :)

I saw Richard perform live twice and both experiences were absolutely mind blowing :)

obv Selected Ambient Works 85-92 is my favorite but Drukqs and Windowlicker EP are quite good too.
Definitely check out the Windowlicker music video if you haven't seen it, it's .... interesting

i'd say RDJ is the best simply because of 4 there, however Come To Daddy has Flim and IZ-US (which is probably one of the best AFX tracks, ever)

SAW 85-92 will forever be a classic tho, great thread

Also I'm just remembering. For fans of SAW 85-92, do check out RX-101's album, Dopamine. Back in the day, people thought RX-101 was another RDJ alias just because of how accurately he could mimic Aphex's style. I think Dopamine is the closest we could ever get to a SAW Vol. 3.
