Hello everyone, i know im not the most liked player in this game, and for some reason a lot of some people were against me making this thread. But while i am a part of this community i would like to take every step i can to making it a more welcoming and safe place for everyone, this is why im making this thread, not because of a grudge. not because this person has said terrible things to me with no provocation in the past, because its fair to do so.
As far as my understanding goes, actions outside of etf2l can get you banned in etf2l, such as use of slurs.

these are two screenshots of well grown division 1 european player lyte. using racist slurs and being anti semetic, i was just very shocked at how casually he throws around these hateful fucking words to someone hes not even that close to. you would imagine that this just scrapes the surface of what he says to his actual close friends.
etf2l and pugchamp admins i just provided you a very good and solid reason to get rid of this scum out of ur websites, thus making the pugchamp and etf2l communites overall a better place.

2 years seem too harsh to me, a month or two would be best as a warning and then perma if he does it again. He is probably just some kid that has been in a circle where everyone is using it, this ban won't make him think about the actions and try to fix them but he will just move to another game and keep using the word in the same manner.

literally everyone on classic mixup would have been banned according to these rules lol. we dont have sponsors anyway, why not support the highest level of competition no matter the character of the players? this game is 13 years old and a lot of people in pubs says the n word and have nazi flag conscientious objectors anyway. i am pretty sure by the time you have enough hours to start playing competitive tf2, you stopped caring about what other people say in a videogame, but maybe i have a skewed perspective from primarily playing on west coast servers?
