I have no idea about his Soldier class but he's a 50000 IQ Demoman so his Soldier is probably 50000 IQ as well. Would recommend.

I think eugenio in general is a little above the not bad threshold (if that's a thing). He is also very vocal in comms. I think a weakness that he has is that if he believes something to be true, it is hard to change his mind. Furthering this, I think he can improve on considering the other person's perspective.
