if you're actually from brazil, i'm not exactly sure what the new player onboarding process is in the brazilian region so we might have to wait for some other brazil/SA players to reply to you
but there's newbie mixes and TF2CC like sanity mentioned (ignore the rest of his post). otherwise, if you plan on playing in NA like some other SA players do, you could just hop on a newcomer team and try to learn. often times if you're honest about your skill level, at least somebody on an NC team is willing to teach you the basics. there's teams looking for players in the RGL discord all the time (though it might be hard right now, as the season is in the back half right now)
highlander is fun and everything, and if your class isn't regularly played in 6s i can understand the appeal, but newbie mixes and tf2cc are targeted towards 6v6, which is the main game mode teamfortress.tv is about. you're gonna find less people who know a lot about highlander here than in whatever respective HL discord is most active, no idea what it is

if you wanted to play highlander, assuming you're playing RGL (north america) because i dont know shit about SA
i would join the discord (https://discord.com/invite/3hJsWu7) and just ring newcomer
(type "ringme [class] newcomer" in #ringers-hl) on your favorite class on saturdays and sundays since they are just scrims
someone will dm you asking you to play or if someone types "LFR [class] newcomer" that means they are looking for a ringer, and you can message them asking to play
when you're in the team's discord tell them you're a new player and ask where their normal player plays on the map and what they want you to do.
in newcomer most teams are pretty understanding if you're a bit confused/lost.
!!ALSO ASK IF THEY KNOW ANY PUG GROUPS FOR NEWCOMER PLAYERS!!
its generally low stakes, and there are some teams who might just pick you up on the spot if you do good enough (don't count on it, generally most teams that are looking for players do so earlier in the season.)
i wouldn't bother adding to the RGL website pugs (FOR HIGHLANDER, NOT 6s) because its almost exclusively invite players these days
if you have any followup questions just reply to this post and i'll help you as much as i can, or if you want to play SA hopefully someone else in the thread can lend a hand.
good luck buddy
remember to have fun, and its GGs only
