Similar to those people who say things like, "OMG don't drink out of bottles or cans, the metal / plastic corrodes into the drink!!!" It adds flavor. The anti-vomiting agent just adds boldness and flavor to their food.

only things i'll eat at mcdonalds are big macs and salad wraps. even though those two are probably really disgusting in terms of how it's made and what is in it, they definitely seem a lot "better" than half the shit they sell.
