Bought a 8 slot server from tragic, trying to set it up to be a dm server. So far I have the map rotation set as:

cp_gullywash_final1
cp_process_rc2

cp_freight_final1
cp_gravelpit
cp_gravelpit
And the time limit per map set to 10 minutes. So all I should need to do is setup a whitelist and class limits. Problem: I have no idea how to do this and my efforts to figure out so far have failed.
I want the standard class limits: 2 scout, 2 soldier, 1 demoman
And for the whitelist I want:
all vanilla weapons/reskins
boston basher/three rune blade
direct hit (yes, I bought a dm server so I could dh)
gunboats
equalizer
pain train
Keep in mind I have a very limited grasp on technology and no experience working with servers. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay guys. My internet wigged out and refused to load random sites for several hours (I thought tf.tv was down honestly). Fog is helping me, should have it running by tomorrow night - would be sooner, but I have work tomorrow until 7.

Ok, first off I want to give a big shoutout to Fog - he spent a few hours over the past 2 days messaging me every detail of how to setup this server as I am incompetent. That said, I believe it is setup. The whitelist is setup (let me know if anything is unallowed/allowed that I missed), as well as the map list I originally posted (with process_rc3). It's an 8 slot, 2 solly/scout 1 demo, so it's just a standard server with dh.

Demo has access to all 8 stickies. I don't really mind too much, but 2 is more than enough (fog has four, and you can destroy 2-3 maps without trying).
Random Crits are ON. and at first that was neat, and i'm glad i missed my first airshot with it, but, they are on.
Bullet spread is on.
I don't know how to fix those things, at all. But they are definitely there.
also, add sniper. have a headshots only thing.

Hanbrolo - it's a Chicago server. Tragic hosts servers is NY/San Jose too I believe, but this is the only dm server I will be running - there's plenty out there.
I'm not going to add sniper at this time as it's 4v4 - I don't mind sniper in dm, but it really only works in 5v5.
