I don't watch the show but I've read the books, was this episode
?
Now it should be clear to all of you that you have to root for STANNIS the MANNIS, rightful king of westeros.
amen to that ^
Stannis is the boss, too bad the show makes him look whiny and entitled most of the time.

arya and daenerys are easily the best characters left.
): I like Tyrion, and Jon Snow. They are my favorite characters.
my girlfriend had no idea this was coming because she hasn't read the book, but my roommates and i got a kick out of her reaction.
"this was so much worse than when they killed ned!!"
"I'M NEVER WATCHING THIS MOVIE AGAIN!!" ok mom see you next season.
Boom goes the dynamite - after watching, I still think they did a better job of portraying Ned's death...
The events here happened so quickly and felt like they were just shoved in at the end of the episode because they were running short of time so it didn't properly draw the thing out. At least that's how it felt to me.
Good episode though, will be sad when the last one comes.

I think it being short added to the brutality. It came across much like the books. You don't see it coming, and in a few pages everything changes.

That's a Song of Fire and Ice for you in one episode, in my opinion. Shows how this whole world can turn around in one second. To anyone who didn't read the books, I warn you not to get too attached to anyone, if you didn't learn it yet.

what happened was shocking and all but I still feel the delivery is not up to par
the writers need to step up. I have a shitty imagination and all of this episode played out better in my head as I was reading it
