People's paypals are always open. Even if the imraising thing closes you can do it directly to his paypal which is available.

Best update the OP with an announcement on when it is working again to keep people up to date.

Two things:

1) If someone else official-y wants to, they can set their PayPal account for it until ghos7's account is resolved and then transfer the funds to ghos7 later (no fees going from PayPal to PayPal, and no fees transferring from PayPal to bank account).

2) Thank you, cbear, Ruwin, and truktruk, for casting this game despite expectations to raise anything this community can for ghos7's family.
