Evanhanbrolowhen I have my primary out Q sends me to my melee and E sends me to my secondary, when my secondary is out Q sends me to my primary and E sends me to my melee.Um, isn't writing a script for that completely unnecessary? Isn't that just binding q to previous weapon and e to next weapon?
no because then it wouldn't send me back to primary/secondary after switching to melee

this is from an old thread I just added whether viewmodels are on or off.
alias "swap" "swap1"

bind "q" "swap"
bind "3" "slot3;r_drawviewmodel 1; alias swap swap1"
if you wanna try out something different

Left mouse click swaps to (and fires if holding) my Scatter.
Right click swaps to (fires if holding) my Pistol.
Mouse 4 is the same for melee.

Up scroll gives me primary,
Down scroll gives me melee
F gives me secondary
Q and E are voice commands with text
1-6 are text binds and the load out screen. (I'm going kritz, and so on).
With combat classes it's the same except f and down scroll are swapped.

bind "q" "slot1; r_drawviewmodel 0"
bind "e" "slot2; r_drawviewmodel 0"
bind "alt" "slot3; r_drawviewmodel 1"
f for call medic
and left shift for crouch
My logic is:
Pinky always on left shift
ring finger can press Q even while still pressing A so no movement impairment while switching, same with E while pressing D, and same with Alt and spacebar.

i use Q to alternate between 1&2 and E to alternate between 1&3 which I put in specifically for pyro then just stuck with it for the other classes.
Q for slot1+2, F for melee. pressing Q after F brings out the weapon that I didn't have out before pressing F. weird cfg.
you guys are weird
after all my cs hours, i can only use 1,2,3

I use the same config exactly, that's strange. Not trying to copy.
