Not that anybody would care, but back when I did play mge, I would alt so I could try something dumb, or different that I just wanted to try without people talking shit. Idk, I really don't think mge matters too much, but it's how some people look at you and then associate how well you play the game.

i think that you should have to get premium tf2 to use ingame chat

or just disable saytext_time on mge servers

I don't get followed around on MGE fortunately, but thought I would share this bind or (different kind of) alias I use to toggle on chat and opponent health display on DM. Not sure what the string is in MGE but just replace "your attacker" with something suitable. WantedGOV DM especially spams a load of coloured text in chat which is pretty distracting. I appreciate that this doesn't prevent the issue of being followed around arenas but it at least sorts the attention seeking part.
