What kind of music do you guys like to listen to when you play?
I usually listen to classic rock or some electronic music, but I swear I play better whenever a
hip-hop song comes on. Unfortunately, Im not big into hip-hop, so Im wondering if some of you guys that have been listening to it for a while can try to get me into it by showing me some of your favorite stuff.

60s-70s Rock n' Roll, pop, soul and funk music I find makes the best background music.
My Pandora Station
Other than that I listen to Coheed and Cambria.

A ton of different stuff, changing by my mood or if I feel like singing along or not.
Lately I've been listening to a lot of trap if I don't feel like singing, barbershop music if I do.
My general playlist has anything from edm, to acoustic stuff, acapella, rock, synthpop, etc.
EDIT: I'll add some songs I've been digging lately.
XTC - Liz
8 Bit Memory - Press Start 2 Play
Valentine - Pentatonix
The entirety of GQ's album (Spotify Link)

I like a variety of songs from different genres but I love electronic (Tycho, Lemaitre, Daft Punk, Madeon, Ratatat...) and some British rock (Elton John, Oasis, Beatles...)

Generally alternative rock, a wide spectrum of genres but i'm fairly picky within them. I prefer chill stuff to upbeat stuff. Rock with electronic influences is great.
