if you are experiencing lower framerates than normal with games such as tf2, dota 2, csgo etc, try updating your drivers to the newest beta version (337.50). there are reports of great framerate increases for users of the 6xx and 7xx series of cards. you can install the beta drivers here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx
edit: i'm also seeing slightly lower temperatures here on my 760 so give it a try if you have that problem as well!

You can also update it if you use the GeForce application by just checking include beta and then checking for updates. Thanks for the info, i am updating now

This is nice, I don't drop at all below 130 now at any point.

i used the dl link from the site and geforce experience is showing the new driver as the current, installed one so it's working. ill try restarting my comp if it happens again, ty.

This is a response to AMD's Mantle. Mantle however, only works in like, 3 games currently.

Nothing really happened. Still getting ass frames. Hopefully it works for others though. :) (This is in TF2.)

AFAIK it only gives you an fps boost in DX11 games.
Quote from that nvidia article:
Headline features of today’s 337.50 Beta driver include DirectX 11 and SLI performance optimizations
dtnjkee's stats pretty much confirm this (only an average ~0.5 fps difference).

Wow thank you for posting this. Averaging >300fps in 6s.

The update does good things for DX11 from what I've messed around with so far. Able to get a solid 45+ fps with Arkham Origins at 2160p when I could barely maintain 30 before it. I could be speaking too soon, but it looks quite promising. Though for TF2 I barely noticed much of a difference, but I did feel like it was slightly improved.

Past 306.97 there were few drivers already who didn't had that issue

Before driver update:
2639 frames 101.36 fps ( 9.52 ms/f) 8.427 fps variability
After the beta driver update:
2639 frames 22.444 seconds 117.58 fps ( 8.50 ms/f) 5.427 fps variability
It did improve a lot for me

You guys should include your GPU and CPU with your benchmarks

I have been keeping and updating a log of all my tf2 benchmarks for some months now, you can check it here, gpu and cpu also listed there.
It's interesting how the main pattern is that the performance has been decreasing more and more as the time goes by
