Same here. I think this is likely a bug more than anything else. I remember youtube's contentID thing went crazy a few months back and they reversed everything within a few days. Might be the case again?

More likely it's because Star's channel has a partnership and is verified by Youtube.

I was permanent suspended, then I waited about 10 minutes, refreshed after I realized I still had the page open, and saw that my account was back to normal. Looks like someone just broke something and took a bit to fix it.

And yet my channel full of copyright-infringing music is still up

Weird, me and one of my buddies accounts got banned but my other two friends' accounts weren't even touched. We all had TF2 related content on them, and neither of us had "Community Strikes" or "Copyright Strikes" or whatever they call them anymore.

I would at least like some more explanation than, "you violated our Community Guidelines."

Mine has been suspended too. I have submitted tickets (forms) in like 3 different ways and I have been on hold with youtube support for literally over 3 hours. I give up on the support call. But hopefully the support tickets work out.

i hope youtube is ready to get considerably smaller if they ban gaming, it makes up a huge chunk of their videos. im sure this is some kind of glitch though, doesnt make sense to be honest.

It's gotta be a glitch, because I have 400+ videos of just TF2 and my account is fine (and I'm not partnered or anything). Good luck to all you who are having troubles...

Thanks for the heads up. Mines fine but decided to backup everything on there as I realised if mine got taken down it'd literally all be gone.
