I think you may also be missing the amount of work doing one takes as well. Frag vids arent quick and easy, takes a LOT of time.

It's also worth noting that streams are totally broken on mobile. I'm not sure if it's possible, but showing displaying something different (maybe just the link to the stream?) when it's a mobile device would be nice.

So, I ordered two shirts from froyotech to support you guys and get some neat stuff to wear for GXL. I got an order confirmation, but nothing else since then.
I tried adding you on steam, commenting on your profile, and tweeting @Froyotech and @FroyoOrders. I understand that you have been busy with GXL and other stuff both inside and outside TF2, but this is getting to be a pretty lame situation for me right now :/
I ordered 5 weeks ago and haven't gotten a delivery or even a shipment confirmation. I'm a pretty patient guy, and I'll wait however long I need to. I just really want some info on whats going on. I've tried to ask this in multiple discrete ways or whatever, but that's not working. What's up?

I'm trying to figure out how to fix a corrupted .MOV file right now. I took a 6 minute long video walking around the venue and trying to get every TF2 player in the video and of course it got corrupted when I transferred it over and I had already deleted it from my iPhone before I realized it was corrupted.
I streamed the other day and previewed some of the videos I took.
It's mostly just me harassing lansky, you know the good stuff.

Based off your flag I'm assuming you are in Canada. If that is the case, that solely caused a delay in the shipping itself. I mentioned before all the first orders we did through USPS and it caused all sorts of headaches. Since that time we have switched shipping providers and can provider tracking codes for orders at this point. In general every order prior to switching who we did shipping with was delayed a minimum of two weeks because we had to check every other day if shirts were sent back to the post office for any assortment of reasons.
In terms of the shirt. On the indiegogo page the advertised shirt doesn't have color. It was a black shirt with white/gray text. I think the colored image you just posted is for the froyotech shirts on the site. I haven't had anyone else complain about the quality of the shirt. If you pm me your information I'll personally send you a colored froyotech shirt which you can proceed to poop on/burn/wear whatever you want to do with it, since you felt you were slighted.
As I said before there were A LOT of kinks that needed to be worked out. Which is why I stopped really mentioning the site as hard as I was because I didn't want to do another push until we 1. Finished all the orders that were still being made and 2. Worked out all the kinks that caused delays/errors/etc.
I believe most late shipments also received free stickers with their orders. Some people got the wrong shirts so we resent the proper one for no additional cost and let them keep the erroneous one too.
And one last point for my wall of text. If you ever cannot get ahold me directly, feel free to spam Grant when he is streaming. He streams every night and has direct access via text message to me at any time. But do that as a last resort :)

Yes, I am in Canada, I do believe my order slipped through the cracks. Carl mentioned in an email that you had emailed the shirt provider on the 10th of september, and the shirt was received on Sept 24th. So from the moment you contacted them, it was 2 weeks. Is an appropriate turn around IMO.

And as for the quality of the shirt, there is nothing special about the quality and the white lettering is cracking after just one wash.
