They say that they want to improve the pub experience, but all this does is prevent me from being able to kill 3 of their snipers while they are all staring at me. I can only kill one before the other get me.
It's not even a nerf, it just makes it easier for Snipers to kill Snipers.

Only the dead ringer is a problem with this. Regular cloaking takes enough time that the spy will probably not get away.

If you're putting yourself in a position where 3 other snipers are staring you down and you're trying to MLG them you have more problems then not being able to jump.

I agree with this. In a pub, we shouldn't have one guy that is crouch jumping and second scoping utterly dominating other people. (note: he doesn't have more skill, only more knowledge of undocumented gameplay mechanics)

i hope everyone knows how lame it is to go against a second scoper. This just gives less of an advantage the sniper who took initiative. Less advantage for initiative = passive, stalematey play.

I guess people will have to learn how to hit second scopers when they shoot first.
I mean I'm not saying "hurr durr itz so ez 2 counter second scoping" but rather that it might be about time people just directly deal with it without using an equally cheap tactic?

Honestly the only problem I see with this is not being able to surf a rocket if a soldier jumps you and you go for a shot.

Yeah this sounds like the person who scopes first has to be the better player as well. As we know, in a high level environment its not longer a skill-issue, its an imbalance.
Plus, in tf2, i feel like you need to reward players who are initiating fights, since it is generally easier to defend.
