This is getting even worse. So...
You have a whole team (!), coding a tf2center replacement (!), offering up to 5000 (!) servers for the public, with a publicly stated "300$" anticheat program (!)(if I were as serious and professional as you and your team, I wouldn't publicly state how expensive the program was), that you've been working on this for years (!), that nobody knows anybody from you people nor you are community members (!), for free (!!!!!), with the attitude on the replies that you've had so far (!), no preview after years of development (!).
I mean, what else? Do they give you flames team captains for every 5$ you donate?

RickBLACKFOGER TAKES ONE LAST STAB AT THE TF2 COMMUNITY
You know what? I actually would not be surprised.
It really cannot be this difficult to, at the very least, list names of those that are a part of this "team". We're not looking for your ASL or whatever. How do you expect us to connect with your highly improbable project when you're completely dodging every important question?
"Hey! We can do this and that, something you won't see anywhere else, but we're not going to tell you how, and we're definitely not telling you who we are!"
Hey, that's cool. I just won't give a shit about your project until this is changed.

Frost_BitetakramTF2Games is a project that was originally started in 2013.
While the matchmaking is waiting for sub to register to the game, the player who left will be replaced by a bot, which is really advanced. I and few of my coder friends spent years to code it.
Amongst all the other points that have been made, there's this.
We spent year with the project.
We spent years with many features being used in the project.
Please read.
KevinIsPwnTF2GamesMe and another person from the team is responsible for Steam group and answering to questions. The problem is that you don't know how things go here, so it's really difficult to chat with you about this.
But each person is dedicated to specific job. That's all I can say.
Could you explain why you can't list names of a single other person? The reason that we don't understand "how things go here" is because this is all abnormal. I'm last as to why you would be intentionally cryptic unless you were planning to scam the community.
I want your website to be a thing that is real, but this will never happen with your attitude.
Currently we are spreading the word about this service. We want to let people know that this kind of project exists. That's our current status. And if more information is needed, (screenshots, videos, team member info, etc.) then you just have to look in the future, because currently, we are just letting people know that the whole thing exists.
But if names of other persons are what you really asked for, I can list few. Mark, John & Caroline.

Joke aside, I think it's a normal reaction for people to want to know who's behind a project of this magnitude. Really looking forward to it though, best of luck!

LulzyTF2GamesLulzyOkay, so, I generally don't reply to topics like this. In fact, I hardly reply to topics at all and just watch the forums, but here goes:
This is extremely fishy, as most others here have said. First off. 5000 servers have got to to cost an ASTRONOMICAL amount to keep up and running properly on a daily basis, and unless you're some sort of football-playing-king-in-space, I fail to see how you can have that much money just lying around to spend on a video game without expecting anything in return. Not to mention the 26(?) mumble servers you have around the world, which is a bit of overkill if you ask me, considering how you can have a MASSIVE amount of people shoved into one single root mumble, with many others in small channels. (TF2Centers mumble system.) Furthermore, you have NOT provided anything in regards to who YOU are or who your team is, despite this being the most requested thing of you is to just give us some form of identification.
I've been watching this thread since it started because it seemed like you really wanted to help us out and do this for us, since then, I've been severely dissappointed, because you've replied to nothing except for the posts saying that you're being sketchy, and when you do reply, it's either evasive or downright hostile. Like when Lange asked a simple question of asking you for a portfolio to show us your past projects, you dodged the question. And when he replied, you didn't.
I also decided to do some kind of research and look through your friends list, I figured since you have so many people on your team and if you guys are so proud of this project, they'd atleast follow your example and put the TF2G tag in their name, similar to how the ESEA and CEVO admins do. However, you're the only person who has such a tag, and nobody in your friends list as one either. While this likely may not be anything significant, it could also mean one of two things. 1) That you HAVE no team. Or 2) that you're team really doesn't give two shits about this project.
Just in case TL;DR. You're being evasive vague and you aren't answering our questions. Your team seems to be missing. You claim to have way more servers than you need, but haven't specified how they'd be fixed if an issue arises. Generally untrustworthy.
FYI most of team doesn't use Steam publicly. They either have hidden profiles or they are not using it at all.

That in and of itself is an issue. If most of your team doesn't use steam, then most of your team also doesn't play TF2, unless they play XBOX or PS3. So then how in the hell do you expect any of them to know what to do? Not to mention the fact that you claimed that you and a bunch of friends managed to program a bit after YEARS, so then where are those guys? I guess they don't use steam either and just magically know how to program a TF2 bot? Also, you say you can't talk to us because we don't understand how things work, but the only reason we don't understand is because YOU haven't told us how it works. And also, where is this OTHER person whose supposed to help answer questions? Maybe he or she won't be as cryptic as you are.
Yes they do not officially play TF2, but they are still working for the service. Like I said in the reddit post, the social side of this service is in a big role (chats, profiles, rankings, etc.) The person who is responsible for the bot engine, has been working a lot with CSS, which is also a Source game obviously.
Brick_TopThis is getting even worse. So...

We are not coding a replacement for TF2Center. The service is different. We don't offer 5000 servers "in the public", but when player launches lobby, one of the 5000 servers will his to use. What's the meaning of that, is that when, for example, 300 servers are being used, 4700 servers are not online. Server will launch when the lobby launches.
Spending $300 for a single program that is very rarely needed in competitive side of TF2 is something we want to bring up for some reason. We have team members that are specialized with C++, MySQL, HTML, PHP, SourceMod/Source Dedicated Server modifications, etc.
We were hiding this project during the year, mainly because it was really hard job and it wasn't worth showing back then. We knew, that we would have to keep people waiting and waiting and keep saying "patience patience", and that wasn't something we wanted.
We understand if you people find us suspicious, but try to understand us. It is not an easy project at all, it needs full dedication from lots of people. I hope you all could understand that.

More and more people keep waiting and we need to ask for patience all the time. We can't handle that for one year, but now we're aware that it won't take that long. And our websites are enough good to take screenshots & video captures soon. PS. 1 year ago, it wasn't even close to that.

I'll give the guy the benefit of the doubt. TF2games people are asking you not to merely contradict their concerns. They are asking for specific details about who your group is, what their practical experience is, and how exactly you are implementing all of these wonderful features. In all of your posts you are speaking in generality with vague responses that pretty much amount to you saying "no we don't do that" with out giving any sort of reasoning or evidence to back up your response. Your lack of transparency is also not warranted because pretty much every single other community made tf2 project has been in open alpha with constant feedback from the community. The fact that you are not even sticking to your guns by producing a usable product and instead trying to argue on this forum only completes the picture of dubiousness. If you continue on this route even if you do create a genuinely great service no one will use it.

Well, that is my job currently; spreading the world, answering to questions as well as I'm allowed to.
It might look like we are not currently working on the project, since we seem to have time to argue on the forums. But for real, it's just me and 1 other person doing that. Other members of the team are working on the actual project currently and we will launch a change soon, which means that there will be people from the development group to spread the world and people who spread the word (me and the other person) will be added to the development group again.
And the reason why I'm arguing a lot with people is because I'm actually quite bored, I've been doing this for over 11 hours today and there are moments when you get no messages to answer at all.
I'm sorry if my messages don't convince you though.

TF2GamesGetawhale Maybe you just quit while you're fairly ahead and come back to us when there's a preview? Mean this in the nicest way possible. You're just diggin' an infinite hole.

If you *have* to answer questions, then answer the other ones in this thread? We would love to hear about your team. Who you are. Other stuff that we asked about!
You would be doing your job correctly then, wouldn't you? :)

It's not my project. It's not even close to be my project.

There are so many people out there working on this project that I am nothing comparing to them. It is not my project, I'd love to own it and manage it though, but it's just not my project.

I am not allowed to talk about other team members yet, that is the problem. We are currently in a "spread the word" status, which doesn't include information sharing about the team. I understand you think I can just go and say whatever I want, since this is internet, but I was very guided before I was able to join this spot.
When we update to the 2nd public level of this project, then stuff like information about staff, screenshots & videos is possible and when people ask for them, I'm obliged to give full answers to these questions.

Are you a different person behind the "TF2Games" account here than the person behind the "TF2Games" account on Reddit?
TF2Games on RedditIt is not a paid service for the user of it, although we spent nice pile of money to make it. I'm well-earning person and I just want to offer something unique to TF2 community.

why are you representing them then?
Surely you understand that this is absolutely silly from an outside perspective, right? Explain it to us as if we don't know anything about your group. Explain why we should trust you. Explain what the motivation for this is.
Like I said before, if this is a thing that actually happens, I'd embrace it and be thankful. But the fact that we got 4 pages deep before realizing you were only some PR guy that has no clue what's going on is very unsettling.

Because I'm part of the project. I don't own it, but I'm part of it. That's why I'm representing them. If you don't trust us/me, you don't have to, I'm trying to convince as many people as I can though, but I'm perfectly fine if you won't believe or trust our project. What I understood from your text, you don't trust us before we release the service. That is alright. Many people stick on that side.
I'm sorry if you find me unprofessional. If you want, you can report me if I'm doing my job badly.
I'm obliged to mark up all the criticism and bring it to our boss.
