Impulsenine and I spoke somewhere 2 years ago and I asked how everyone was doing and apparently Mondo took an emotional turn for the worst seemingly out of the blue, ruffled a lot of feathers. Apollo ragequit his post soon after I left TI apparently because of some dispute he had with the admin team concerning a pubber. Flamed and I had a haphazard in-game reunion a few months ago, and he told me afterwards that there was a lot of hand-changing after I left. He confirmed the Apollo ragequit and Mondo's retirement, but he generally boiled it down to the old farts of TI just getting older and simply not having the time or energy for TF2 like they used to. I guess the new admin team just isn't up to par with how the old guys took justice and server-starting into their own hands back in the day. They've also expanded into some other games with questionable results.
Arcanus still works about 20 minutes away from my hometown, though. Still plays while on a treadmill. Some things don't change.

I'm personally not involved with this issue, but from what I can tell the thread created by Boston Jake is only going to be used only for documentation - no action taken. The very brief video shows what looks to be like spawn camping, so I don't think TI is in the wrong here. If Dave continues to spawn camp on our server, further action will be taken. But I don't see that happening.

Spawncamping is basically a part of tf2, I don't get why people complain. If you get spawncamped you deserve it. Plus I'm guessing since it's a community 2fort server it's probably instant or fast respawn so even if he was sticky trapping the entire door, people spawn fast enough before he has time to reload and retrap. That goes too even if spawn times are normal.
Then again what I do I know about the mental capabilities of the average pubber on 24/7 2fort.
