There are no good pre-builts.
If someone who couldn't figure out which part was the CPU and which the GPU (even though it's printed quite clearly on the boxes) can build a pc with help via mumble, anyone can do it.
There's also quite a few people who'd be willing to build it for you. Some shops offer that service aswell.

Easy isn't a reason to build because it's easier to buy. Everything I ever tried to build i fucked up miserably. Luckily what I am good at pays well enough to buy pre builds

I literally just built my first computer a couple nights ago. Excluding time off to play with my team, it took about 3-4 hours. It's not hard, just a little nerve-wracking. Everything plugs into obvious spots. As long as your cables aren't bumping into any fans and everything is screwed in properly, you should be good to go.
