This fundraiser is to take care of the travel/accommodation costs for the team replacing epsilon/#tf2center. The players on this team will be: kos/ryb/tek/tviq/beavern/flippy.
Heres a rundown of the expenses:
kos:
travel: 10gbp one way flight from stanstead to gothenburg, flight back can be transferred from epsilon to kos.
accom: 110gbp = 120gbp
= 120gbp
ryb/beavern:
travel: 650kr bus x2=1300kr=100gbp
accom: 110gbp accom x2 = 220gbp
= 320gbp
tviq:
travel: 1140kr = 110gbp bus,
accom: 110gbp,
= 220gbp
tek/flippy:
travel: flights 130gbp x2 = 260gbp,
accom: 110gbp x2 = 220gbp,
= 480gbp
total: £1140, which becomes £810 after deducting the £330 guaranteed 4th place prize.
We won't be offering donation perks for now, anything you donate at this stage is to ensure there will be an event this year and perhaps to secure a future for TF2 at Dreamhack Winter next year.

The accommodation for most of the people attending the event was booked by sideshow, with the understanding that there would be a certain minimum amount of people paying in towards covering costs. As it is sideshow will be paying the overall fee of £3300 for the weekend and be seeking reimbursement from players after the event ends.
