A semi local chain to me called Frisches uses an even higher ratio because they use chipped ice that waters the coke down really fast. The official story might be that there is only one version of coke but the truth is that it varies.
Soruce-I used to work at the golden arches/a family member has installed and maintained the equipment that actually cools/mixes/dispenses all the drinks.
